Jasmin Wölke hosts trade fair appearances and booth programmes in Hanover in German and English. The city is one of her regular locations with its own city page.
The world's largest fairground is a tough arena
Hannover Messe, IAA Transportation, Agritechnica, LIGNA: exhibitors here compete on the largest fairground in the world for trade visitors whose days are planned through with appointments. The products need explaining, drive technology, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, industrial plants. Nobody understands them in passing, and that is precisely the opportunity of a booth stage: it wins the product the five minutes of attention a brochure never gets.
For that to work, the booth programme needs a rhythm. Fixed slots, short formats, clear announcements, repetition across the fair day, so the visitor who misses the eleven o'clock demo finds it again at two. Jasmin guides product demos, brings engineers and product managers on stage for short interviews and hands the audience over to the booth team after every slot, because the goal is the sales conversation afterwards, not the applause before. Between slots she stays in touch with the booth team and adjusts order or language when a different crowd gathers in front of the stage than planned.
She can explain industrial products
The difference to a mere stage voice: Jasmin spent more than ten years at Bosch, SAP and within the Volkswagen Group, owned products and led sales teams. She works her way into your product world, asks the questions in the interview that a trade visitor would ask and translates technology so that a buyer without an engineering degree can follow. At Hanover's international flagship fairs she switches between German and English, depending on who stands in front of the stage.
What such a programme looks like is shown by the Bosch Power Tools Innovation Day, a company reference: more than 200 guests, six product launches, live demos and Q&A rounds with the development team, all in the fixed rhythm of a stage programme. The same mechanics carry a fair booth through the week.
Concrete programme building blocks are collected on the page booth programme ideas. The hub trade fair moderator describes the format, and what to clarify before booking is in the briefing checklist.
