Jasmin Wölke hosts corporate events in Hannover in English and German: town halls, anniversaries, site celebrations and internal conferences. From the factory site to the Maschsee
Internal events rarely need the grand congress hall. In Hannover they happen in the company's own hall or canteen, in rooms in the old town, at venues on the Maschsee or, when the whole site comes together, at the Hannover Congress Centrum. The venue changes the tone: in your own hall an over-polished programme feels foreign, in a rented ballroom more staging carries. Jasmin adapts address and running order to the room and plans with you how a company site becomes a stage for one afternoon without daily operations coming to a halt.
A workforce that expects plain language
Hannover's companies come from industry, insurance, tourism and logistics, from corporate sites to family-run firms. In the hall, production and administration sit side by side, often with shift plans that make two runs of the programme necessary. This audience is matter-of-fact in the North German way: it rewards clear statements and notices immediately when a manager talks around a message. Jasmin therefore asks the questions the room would ask anyway, keeps answers short and protects the Q&A from monologues, whether they come from the stage or from the floor.
Your own people on stage
A corporate event works when the workforce recognises itself in it. Instead of a slide marathon, Jasmin plans interviews with people from the teams, short conversations about the site's history at an anniversary, and honours with a stated reason and a photo. She prepares executives in a preliminary call, so the board slot becomes a conversation. Her experience with large internal formats comes from company references such as the SAP Tech Leadership Forum, a leadership format with an international audience, and from her own years as a leader with a team of 100 people.
Languages, travel, booking
Many sites in the region work internationally, and part of the workforce follows more easily in English. Jasmin hosts bilingually and fixes the language plan in the briefing. From Stuttgart she takes the direct ICE, a good three and a half to four hours, arriving the day before for early starts.
