Jasmin Wölke facilitates workshops, retreats and leadership sessions in Salzburg, in English and in German. As an external moderator she belongs to no camp in the room and makes sure the day ends with decisions that carry names and deadlines.
Three speeds at one table
Leadership rounds in Salzburg bring together worlds that tick differently. Retail thinks in weekly rhythms: promotions, assortments, the next quarter on the shelf. The region's technology companies plan in multi-year projects for the world market. Tourism lives in seasons that cannot be moved. When a team drawn from these logics is meant to agree on one strategy, everyone talks about the future and means a different horizon. A facilitator from outside makes those differences visible instead of talking over them. Jasmin follows up when an objection disappears into a subordinate clause, brings quiet voices to the table and stops loops in which the same point is made for the third time.
From briefing to implementation list
Before the retreat Jasmin clarifies the decision question: what must be agreed by the evening, who has to carry it, what is already settled? On request she holds one-on-one conversations with key people in advance. In the room she works with visible interim results, so the afternoon does not renegotiate what the morning decided. The day ends with a list of decisions, names and deadlines that survives Monday. She applied this way of working at the SAP Top Leadership Forum, a corporate reference within a senior leadership circle. Which points a good preparatory call should cover is shown in the briefing checklist for moderation.
Retreat venues in the city and its surroundings
For focused work Salzburg offers more than meeting rooms: conference hotels in the city, quiet houses in the surrounding countryside, deliberately away from the company's own site if wanted, so nobody slides back into daily business between two working blocks. For teams from Germany the city sits right behind the border, which also makes it a practical neutral meeting point for two locations. If the team is mixed, Jasmin facilitates in English and German alternately. The format is described in the hub workshop moderation; further local engagements are on the page moderator Salzburg.
