Jasmin Wölke moderates workshops, offsites and kick-offs in English and German. She holds structure and timing, brings every voice to the table and secures the results. Her craft comes from more than ten years inside Bosch, most recently with responsibility for workshop concepts across Europe and the Middle East.
Why an external facilitator changes the outcome
Whoever takes part in a workshop cannot run it at the same time. The team lead who moderates does not discuss freely. The colleague at the flipchart only half listens. And when the boss runs the day, the room says what she wants to hear.
An external facilitator solves this. She belongs to no camp and has no outcome to defend, so she can probe, sharpen and stop. The team works on the content, the facilitator works on the process.
What Jasmin takes over before and during the workshop
Before the date she clarifies the goal with you: what must be decided, prioritised or signed off by the end? From that she builds the agenda with working blocks, breaks and buffers. On the day she opens, sets the ground rules, guides the blocks and keeps the time. She draws quiet participants into the conversation and slows dominant ones down politely. Interim results are captured so nothing gets lost.
The day ends not with a good feeling but with a list: decisions, open points, owners. The content comes from your team. Jasmin moderates the way there, she does not sell consulting conclusions.
Corporate practice instead of method folklore
Jasmin knows workshops from both sides of the table. At Bosch she was the director responsible for expanding data-driven workshop concepts across Europe and the Middle East, leading a team of 100 people. She knows where corporate workshops fail: unclear goals, overloaded agendas, no decision at the end.
On stage she has moderated interactive formats for years: the Q&A sessions with the development team at the Bosch Power Tools Innovation Day, and interactive sessions at the Global Sales Summit with participants from 40 countries. Details are listed under references.
Formats and languages
Typical assignments: a kick-off at the start of the year, a strategy offsite, a team workshop after a restructuring, an innovation workshop with specialist departments. On site, online or hybrid. In English, German or switching between both when your team is international.
A workshop can also be combined with a larger event, for example as a working day after a conference or corporate event or as a deep dive after a panel discussion. How a booking works is described under book a moderator, and the cooperation models are on the services page.
