Jasmin Wölke facilitates workshops and strategy offsites in Munich, in German, in English or switching between both. She knows corporate rooms from the inside and steers them towards results that survive everyday business.
Workshops in a city of headquarters
Munich is a city of head offices: BMW, Siemens, Allianz and Munich Re are based here, alongside consultancies, machine builders, tech companies and media houses. Workshops in this environment follow their own physics. The room often holds several layers of hierarchy, from project team to division management, and whatever is decided still has to pass through committees afterwards. A facilitator who ignores that produces flipcharts for the bin. Jasmin therefore clarifies in advance who in the room actually decides, what the offsite is allowed to conclude and what it can only prepare. During the workshop she makes sure rank does not smother the discussion: silent working phases before open rounds, so the analysis does not stop the moment the most senior person takes a position.
Corporate experience instead of a method kit
At Robert Bosch, Jasmin was responsible as a director for strategy and workshop formats across markets in Europe and the Middle East, leading a team of 100 people. She has sat on both sides of the flipchart and knows where corporate workshops fail: unclear mandates, overloaded agendas, decisions without owners. That experience comes from her corporate career, not from Munich client dates, but it shapes how she works: few sharp questions, visible interim results, and at the end a list of decisions, owners and open points. International teams are routine for her; she facilitates and documents in both languages.
Choosing place and date wisely
A workshop does not need a congress hall. It needs a room with daylight, walls to work on and quiet. Munich offers plenty, from conference hotels to venues like the MOC or the Munich Technology Center, and many teams deliberately move out to the surrounding countryside. When picking a date, check the city calendar: trade fair weeks and the Oktoberfest from mid September to early October fill hotels and push up prices. Jasmin travels from Ludwigsburg by train in around two hours fifteen minutes, arriving the evening before for early starts.
