Jasmin Wölke moderates client events in Cologne in English and German: customer days, partner events and product presentations. At the Bosch Power Tools Innovation Day she guided more than 200 guests through live demos and Q&A rounds with the development team.
Where Cologne invites its customers
For a summer reception with a view of the Rhine there is the Tanzbrunnen in the Rheinpark, for a festive partner evening the Wolkenburg, for a product show with stage and full technology the Palladium. Those who want it compact and close to work find rooms for a customer day with workshops at KOMED in the MediaPark. The Cologne calendar helps with the date: Anuga in autumn, IMM in January and gamescom in August bring the trade visitors of entire industries into town, so a partner evening in those weeks reaches guests who have already travelled. In return, venues and hotels are booked early then, and during the carnival weeks every corporate format competes with the city itself.
Hospitality is the start, not the programme
Retail, media, insurance, automotive and food companies regularly invite customers to Cologne, and Rhineland hospitality makes the welcome easy. But hospitality alone does not carry a day. Guests decide in the evening whether the trip was worth it, and their yardstick is content that helps them in their own work. Jasmin keeps that balance on stage: she shows the host at its best without sounding like advertising, and she makes sure management and sales sit with their customers instead of running schedule and technology.
From product feature to customer benefit
In the briefing Jasmin asks who is in the room, where these customers stand in their decision process and what they should tell colleagues after the event. On stage she turns presentations into conversations: live demos with a plan B, developers and product managers answering questions instead of reading slides, partner awards timed with tact and photos. This way of working comes from more than ten years at Bosch in international sales and marketing, where she ran customer events herself. The Bosch Power Tools Innovation Day is a corporate reference, not a Cologne event.
Languages, boundaries, booking
International guest lists are the normal case in Cologne; Jasmin moderates in English, in German or alternating. For a stage at Koelnmesse there is the page trade fair host in Cologne; the format itself is explained on the client event moderation page. You send date, venue and occasion via the contact form; briefing and a written offer follow. Jasmin reaches Cologne from Stuttgart by ICE in a good two hours; more about the city is on the Cologne city page.
