How to recognise the right event moderator
Three questions help when you compare candidates. First: has this person worked inside companies, or only stood on stages? Second: can she carry your event in both languages when international guests attend? Third: does she take responsibility for the flow, with briefing, speaker alignment and rehearsal, or does she only show up for the performance?
