Jasmin Wölke facilitates workshops and retreats in Wiesbaden, from the leadership retreat at an insurance company to the strategy session between business units and IT. She works in English, in German or switching between both, with more than ten years of corporate experience from Bosch, SAP and the Volkswagen Group.
What rooms in Wiesbaden work on
Wiesbaden is an insurance and finance hub and home to state ministries and federal agencies. The city's retreats often share the same core question: how does a regulated organisation move faster without breaking its obligations. Business units and IT negotiate which processes get digitalised first. Back office and sales redraw their interfaces. In organisations close to government, departments sit at the table that look at the same project from different mandates. The participants know the figures, the rules and the history better than any guest. What is missing is a person who structures the day, treats every contribution equally and has no stake in the outcome.
Decisions that survive the committee
In insurance and administration a workshop only counts once its outcome survives the next level: the board, the committee, the alignment with legal and compliance. Jasmin therefore plans the day backwards from the decision. In advance she clarifies the real question of the day and, where useful, talks to key people individually. In the room she works in blocks with visible interim results and distinguishes cleanly between decided, postponed and open. The day ends not with a wall of sticky notes but with a results list the business unit can turn into a board paper. From her corporate years she knows how such papers are read. Confidentiality is the working basis: documents are used for preparation only, and she signs a non-disclosure agreement before the first substantive conversation on request. Where teams work internationally, she runs passages in English and summarises compactly in German.
Rooms and travel
Most retreats meet on the company's own premises, close to files and systems. Those who want neutral ground find conference hotels in the spa quarter and the city centre, and larger formats fit the RMCC. From Ludwigsburg it is around two hours: for a full day workshop Jasmin travels early, and for a morning start or a two day retreat she arrives the day before. The preliminary talk runs by video, on site on request.
For a quote, topic, date and group size through the contact form are enough. How Jasmin structures workshops in general is on the workshop moderation hub. When external facilitation pays off is explained on external moderation, and all pages about the city are collected on the Wiesbaden city page.
