Jasmin Wölke hosts events in Wiesbaden in English and German: annual conferences, congresses, corporate events and galas. She is based in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart and brings more than ten years of leadership experience from Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen to the stage.
A state capital with quiet standards
Wiesbaden represents without raising its voice. R+V Versicherung, Aareal Bank and SCHUFA run their businesses from here, Henkell makes sparkling wine in Biebrich, Dyckerhoff ships building materials around the world. Add the Hessian ministries, the Federal Criminal Police Office and the Federal Statistical Office, and you know who sits in the halls of this city: people who work with numbers, clauses and risk for a living. They listen politely and judge quietly. A host wins this room not with show effects but with composure, clean language and a programme in which every minute has a reason. Jasmin comes from the corporate world herself and strikes exactly that tone.
Congress at the RMCC, conferences with substance
For congresses and annual meetings the city offers the RheinMain CongressCenter, a modern building in the city centre with divisible halls and space for accompanying exhibitions. Multi-day programmes with parallel tracks are Jasmin's core business: at the International Business Summit, a corporate reference, she guided two days with 15 sessions and more than 400 participants in German and English. Wiesbaden has no exhibition grounds of its own; the big trade fairs run in nearby Frankfurt. Companies here focus instead on in-house exhibitions, customer days and specialist congresses at the RMCC or at their own site, and that is exactly where the programme needs one voice connecting the expert talks.
Gala at the Kurhaus, reception by the Rhine
Festive occasions find remarkable rooms in Wiesbaden: the Kurhaus with the Friedrich von Thiersch hall, Biebrich Palace with its ballrooms and park on the Rhine, the Platte hunting lodge up in the Taunus hills. Jasmin hosted the Leadership Excellence Awards as an evening gala with 250 guests and ten awards: honours with warmth and a schedule that holds. In December the venues compete with the Sternschnuppen Markt, the Christmas market at the palace square; in summer the Rheingau Musik Festival fills the Kurhaus as well. Whoever wants a specific hall should ask early.
Plannable from Ludwigsburg, bilingual on stage
The journey from Ludwigsburg takes about two hours. Day bookings work without an overnight stay; for early starts Jasmin arrives the evening before and uses it for the venue walkthrough. English is part of the job here: at the international employers of the city it is the working language of many teams. She led the Bosch Global Sales Summit bilingually across three days with more than 500 participants from 40 countries.
