Jasmin Wölke hosts corporate events in Wiesbaden: anniversaries, summer parties, site celebrations and staff events, in English, in German or bilingually. She works from Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart and spent more than ten years on and behind corporate stages, at Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen.
From the staff restaurant to the palace park
For celebrations, Wiesbaden offers a rare range of settings. Your own foyer or staff restaurant carries the annual kick-off, Biebrich Palace on the banks of the Rhine opens its halls and park for summer formats, and the Platte hunting lodge sits above the city in the Taunus hills. For large evenings there is the Kurhaus. The calendar has a say: in June the Wilhelmstraßenfest fills the city centre, and in summer the Rheingau Musik Festival books evenings at the Kurhaus as well. Companies celebrating in those weeks book early and plan access, parking and technology more carefully. Jasmin builds the programme for the specific venue and agrees with the crew and the caterer when people eat, when people speak and when people are honoured. That way courses and speeches never queue up.
Celebrating in front of a formal audience
The city's workforces come from insurance, banking, administration and industry, from the sparkling wine cellar to the building materials maker. This audience enjoys a party but stays conscious of form. It values a clear frame, polite transitions and discretion, even at a celebration. Jasmin opens personally rather than solemnly, gives the management an honest time slot and turns awards into short conversations about real working moments. At the city's international employers English is the working language of many teams. Then she hosts the evening bilingually without saying any sentence twice. How she carries large workforces across languages shows the Bosch Global Sales Summit, a corporate reference: more than 500 participants from 40 countries, hosted in two languages.
Planning across the distance
Ludwigsburg to Wiesbaden takes around two hours. Evening formats work well: Jasmin arrives in the afternoon, and the walkthrough and sound check fit in before doors open. If the party starts earlier or includes a daytime programme, she arrives the day before. Booking stays simple: an enquiry with occasion, date and venue through the contact form, a preliminary talk by video or on site by arrangement, then a briefing and a run sheet with honest buffers for kitchen, speeches and the informal part.
The format overview is on the corporate event moderation hub. If a round company birthday is coming up, see company anniversary moderation. All pages about the city are collected on the Wiesbaden city page.
