What Bremen workshops work on
Bremen works in projects. In aerospace, programmes run for years and across many partners: whoever calls an off-site here rarely sits at the table with their own organisation alone, but with consortium partners, suppliers, sometimes clients. In the logistics business around the ports, processes hang on chains no single company controls. And in the large plant, every change to the production rhythm raises questions for many trades at once. The topics of such sessions resemble each other: who decides what at which interface, which phase needs which input, what gets priority when not everything fits.
That is exactly where external moderation earns its keep. When several organisations share the table, nobody from inside the group can lead neutrally. A moderator with no stake in the outcome can ask the questions partners do not ask each other, and record commitments so they hold across company lines.
Setting and structure
Many groups meet at their own site, close to the work. Those who need neutral ground because partners come together find meeting venues in the city centre and along the Schlachte. In a video call ahead of the day, Jasmin clarifies the real question, the interests at the table and the points where things grind. From that she builds an agenda in blocks, each with a goal the group can reach. In aerospace, English is often the project language: Jasmin then moderates in English or switches between languages, without leaving the German speakers behind. From more than ten years of leadership responsibility at Bosch, SAP and within the Volkswagen Group she knows how commitments between organisations come about and where they fail. At the end of the day every decision is on paper with a name and a date attached.
