Jasmin Wölke moderates panel discussions in Münster in German and English. The conference host prepares questions along the real points of dispute and leads the panel so a conversation emerges instead of a sequence of statements.
Panels between policies, fields and battery cells
Münster offers panel topics where positions genuinely diverge. How does AI change claims handling at the insurers? What does the agricultural transition mean for cooperatives and farms in the Münsterland? When does battery research turn into a business? On such stages, a board member, a professor, a farmer and a head of administration sit side by side, each with their own language and their own risk. In the preliminary calls, Jasmin looks for the points where the guests actually disagree. Her questions start exactly there. A polite exchange of greetings is not a discussion.
From lecture hall to congress stage
The university's lecture halls carry research driven panels with an academic audience. Conference hotels such as the Mövenpick at the Aasee fit industry rounds with 80 to 200 guests. At Halle Münsterland, the panel often sits inside a larger congress programme. Jasmin adjusts her style to the setting. In the lecture hall she gives room for follow up questions from the audience, on the congress stage she keeps the pace up. She collects audience questions in bundles so the discussion does not dissolve into one on one exchanges.
Preparation along the fault lines
Before the panel, Jasmin speaks with each guest individually, twenty minutes are usually enough. She listens for where someone hesitates and builds the dramatic arc from that. At the International Business Summit, a corporate reference with more than 400 participants and 15 sessions, she led discussion rounds with changing line ups. Good questions are created before the event, not on stage. Examples are collected in questions for a panel discussion. The format is explained on the panel moderation hub; all pages for the city are collected on the Münster city page.
