Jasmin Wölke moderates conferences, corporate events, galas and anniversaries in Münster, in English, in German or in a guided switch between both. Before going independent, the conference moderator carried leadership roles at Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen for more than ten years; she is booked across the whole Münsterland.
Insurance, administration and science in one city
Münster brings together three worlds that rarely share a room. LVM and Provinzial run their insurance business from here, BASF Coatings and Brillux stand for paints and coatings, Westfalen AG for energy, Agravis and Compo for the agricultural trade, Hengst for filtration. The Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe, the district government and the courts make Münster a city of administration, while the university with its hospital and battery research makes it a city of science. An audience drawn from this mix tests every moderator on one question: has she understood what is being decided here? Because Jasmin carried responsibility inside a corporation herself, she takes the subject matter seriously and guides field sales, administration and research through one shared day.
From Halle Münsterland to the Erbdrostenhof
The Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland carries congresses, trade conferences and large evening formats under one roof. The baroque Erbdrostenhof frames receptions, and the Factory Hotel on the grounds of the former Germania brewery turns company celebrations into events with industrial history. Science-driven formats find their place in the university's lecture halls, and conference hotels such as the Mövenpick on the Aasee complete the picture. She kept the International Business Summit, a corporate reference, on schedule across two days, 15 sessions and more than 400 participants.
English is part of everyday life here
The battery research around MEET and the Fraunhofer research facility for battery cells works internationally, and the university hospital and the Max Planck Institute publish in English. Many halls in Münster therefore seat guests who present in English next to colleagues who prefer to discuss in German. For the Bosch Global Sales Summit, a corporate reference, Jasmin stood in front of more than 500 guests from 40 countries and switched languages as the programme required. How much English your day needs is settled in the briefing.
Getting there from Ludwigsburg
Ludwigsburg to Münster is around 440 kilometres. The train from Stuttgart takes a good four to five hours, usually with a change in Cologne or Dortmund. If the slot is in the morning or a rehearsal is scheduled, Jasmin stays in the city the night before; the offer states this. Several venues between Osnabrück, Dortmund and the Münsterland can be bundled into one trip.
