Munich: a corporate capital with the C-level in the room
Munich is home to global corporations like BMW, Siemens, Allianz and Munich Re, joined by tech, consulting, engineering and pharma. That shapes the events: on Munich stages you often find board members, international executives and clients from around the world in the same room. A moderator here has to do two things at once: match the level of formality these companies expect, and still keep an evening or a conference day alive.
The venues mirror that standard. The ICM at the fairgrounds carries large conferences, BMW Welt stages products and brands, the Alte Kongresshalle and Gasteig HP8 frame conferences and town halls, and the Zenith takes in large employee events.
How Jasmin runs a Munich event
She knows both sides of the stage. For more than ten years she worked at Bosch in international marketing and sales, most recently as a director leading a team of 100: she knows how corporations work from the inside and what a board member expects from a stage. As a moderator she has led the SAP Tech Leadership Forum, two days with eight panels in front of more than 300 executives, entirely in English, a corporate reference.
In the briefing she clarifies goal, tone and sensitive topics, prepares interviews with the management and aligns with show control and agency. On stage she leads real conversations instead of reading keyword lists, brings in questions from the audience and protects the schedule, even when a keynote runs long. For international guests she switches fluently into English.

Fair weeks like bauma or IAA Mobility fill hotels across the city, and Oktoberfest ties up venues and hotels from mid September to early October on top.
