Munich is home to global corporations: BMW, Siemens, Allianz, Munich Re, plus tech, consulting and mechanical engineering. Corporate events here often come in corporate scale: several hierarchy levels in the hall, board members on stage, guests from around the world. That is exactly where moderation decides the evening. It translates between strategy slides and audience, keeps welcome addresses inside their slot and gives a protocol heavy evening warmth anyway. Venues and the city calendar
For corporate formats Munich has venues of every size: the Alte Kongresshalle for classic receptions, the Zenith for large employee events with industrial charm, the MOC for formats with exhibition space. More important than the room is often the calendar: trade fair weeks like bauma or IAA Mobility fill hotels across the city, and the Oktoberfest binds venues and rooms from mid September to early October on top. If your event falls into those weeks, book the room, the hotels and the moderation much earlier. Jasmin travels from Ludwigsburg by ICE train in about two hours fifteen, arriving the day before for early starts.
Bilingual when the hall is international
At the Bosch Global Sales Summit, Jasmin hosted keynotes, panels and interactive sessions bilingually, in front of more than 500 participants from 40 countries. That was a corporate event for her client, not a Munich date, but it shows what she delivers for international companies: German and English in alternation, without losing any group in the hall.
