Jasmin Wölke moderates internal corporate events in English and German: town halls, kick-offs, anniversaries and internal conferences. She hosted Bosch's global sales conference bilingually, in front of more than 500 participants from 40 countries.
Why an internal event needs an external host
At internal events, hosting often lands on the leadership team or the project team. That costs twice. Whoever hosts cannot deliver their own message at the same time, and whoever organised the event is already under pressure on the day.
An external moderator turns that around. Leadership gives its speech and remains the host of the evening, instead of announcing agenda items. The project team watches its event from the front row instead of rescuing it from the wings. And delicate moments, such as critical questions in the Q&A, are held better by a neutral person than by the boss.
Which corporate events Jasmin moderates
Town hall and staff meeting: leadership messages, numbers, questions from the workforce. Moderation makes sure the Q&A is real and still stays on time.
Kick-off and start of the year: review, targets, energy for the new year. Momentum matters here, without losing the content.
Company anniversary and staff party: honours, the company's history, a festive frame. Related to a gala, but facing inward; for award ceremonies with external guests there is the gala page.
Internal sales and leadership conferences: the most demanding format, because expert content and motivation come together. For conventions with an external audience there is the page on conference moderation.
Corporate experience, not just stage experience
Jasmin Wölke spent more than ten years at Bosch in international sales and marketing. She knows corporate events from both sides: as a participant in the room and as the person who plans and pays for them. She knows how employees react to messages and where internal events tip over.
On stage, that looks like this: at Bosch's Global Sales Summit she led three days of keynotes, panels and interactive sessions, bilingually. At the Bosch Power Tools Innovation Day she moderated product presentations and live demos, with interactive Q&A sessions with the development team, in front of more than 200 guests. Both projects are listed under references.
Bilingual, across Germany, with a clear process
In international companies, every internal event has colleagues in the room who do not speak German. Jasmin moderates in German, in English or switching between both; more on the page English-speaking moderator. She works across Germany, with dedicated pages for Frankfurt and Cologne.
The path to a booking is described under book a moderator: enquiry with date and event type, briefing, offer, rehearsal on the day. The three cooperation packages are on the services page. For the end-of-year party there is the page on Christmas party moderation.
