Jasmin Wölke hosts events in Karlsruhe in English, in German or in a managed switch between both languages. Where Karlsruhe already works in English
The local software scene recruits internationally. In many companies around the CyberForum network, at IONOS or at Atruvia, standups, code reviews and documentation run in English while sales and administration work in German. Her English comes from working life, not from a course: more than ten years of leadership at Bosch, SAP and the Volkswagen Group, with teams and negotiations across borders. A short drive, simple logistics
Karlsruhe is about an hour from her base in Ludwigsburg. Jasmin arrives on the morning of the event for the walkthrough and tech check, with no hotel night on the invoice.
