A room full of leaders is the most demanding audience

At an executive conference, the people in the room present for a living, run meetings every day and sell decisions to their teams. They recognise every stage trick, every rehearsed punchline and every question that is only asked so the prepared answer fits. At the same time, the stakes are high: this is where strategy is carried into the leadership team, and where it is decided with what attitude a hundred leaders return to their people. The host has to work at eye level, ask precise follow up questions and still never claim the main role.

Translating between the board and the leadership circle

The core of a management event is rarely the presentation itself but the conversation after it. What does the new structure mean for my department, what happens to the targets that were set a year ago. Jasmin moderates these passages so that real questions get asked and the answers stay concrete: she follows up when a phrase evades the point, and at the same time protects the person on stage from being put on the spot. In discussion rounds and Q&A blocks she keeps the balance between openness and pace. Confidentiality is the working basis: what is discussed in the leadership circle stays there.

Leadership experience at first hand

Jasmin worked in a corporate environment for more than ten years, at Bosch in international sales and marketing roles. She knows leadership events from the inside: as a participant, as an organiser and today from the stage. Her core topics as a host and keynote speaker are leadership, communication and transformation, and organisers often combine both: an opening impulse, then moderation through the day. The SAP Tech Leadership Forum with its panels and fireside chats is listed under references.

Formats and languages

Typical assignments: the annual leadership conference, the leadership offsite with working sessions, the management meeting after a reorganisation. When the day continues in small groups, workshop moderation with its own methodology takes over. In international leadership teams English is often the working language; Jasmin hosts in English, in German or switching between both, across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Frequently asked questions

What does moderation for a leadership event cost?
It depends on duration and depth of preparation: an executive conference with panels and Q&A needs more preliminary calls than a compact kick off. After the briefing you receive a written offer with travel costs listed separately.
How confidential is the collaboration?
Fully. Strategy papers, figures and personnel topics from the briefing stay with her, with a non disclosure agreement if you wish. She does not talk about the content of your leadership meeting afterwards either.
Does she moderate the critical Q&A with the board?
Yes, that is often the most important part of the programme. She collects questions in advance and live, sorts them by topic rather than by convenience and follows up when answers stay too general. The ground rules are agreed together beforehand.
Can she combine a keynote with the moderation?
Yes. Many organisers book an impulse on leadership or transformation as the opening and the moderation for the rest of the day. That saves an external speaker and keeps the day in one piece.
Does this work for an offsite with 30 leaders?
Yes. Small groups need less stage and more conversational guidance. As soon as working sessions with documented outcomes are added, she switches to workshop methodology instead of classic event hosting.
How much lead time makes sense?
Leadership events tend to sit at the start of the year or in autumn, and dates are fixed early. Two to four months of lead time keep the briefing and the preliminary calls out of time pressure.
