Leipzig's Christmas market is one of the city's great brands, and every company party feels the consequences: in December the downtown venues and the catering trade are booked out early. If you want the KONGRESSHALLE am Zoo, a hall in the city centre or a sought after caterer, you plan many months ahead. The alternative is your own space on site. It gives you freedom with the date but demands more staging, because stage, sound and light have to be built first.
There is also a Leipzig particularity. Many teams in the city are newly formed, young and international. For part of the workforce it is their first Christmas party in Germany altogether.
