Jasmin Wölke gives keynotes in Heilbronn, in German and in English. She speaks about AI in everyday work, leadership through change and transformation, with examples from more than ten years of her own corporate practice at Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen.
A city bets on AI; the room wants it concrete
Few cities of this size invest so visibly in their future: the education campus keeps growing, the Ipai project is building an AI hub, and the founder scene around Campus Founders attracts talent. The everyday economy of the region still looks different. It consists of branches and logistics halls running in shifts, production lines in the automotive sector, toolmaking and vineyards. At a year opener or leadership day, both worlds share the room: the founder who already uses AI daily, and the shift supervisor who wants to know what changes at his loading ramp. A keynote about disruption in general loses this room within ten minutes. It only carries if it builds the bridge: from the model to route planning, from the algorithm to quality inspection, from the vision to the duty roster.
Transformation, told from the inside
Jasmin owned change programmes inside a corporation; she did not just present them. She explains which tasks teams can hand over today, where judgement remains human work, and why transformation usually hinges on leadership and communication rather than on technology. In front of retail, production and IT audiences she turns abstract terms into situations the room recognises from its own operation. Every keynote is built after a briefing on audience, prior knowledge and sore points: a dense impulse at the year opener in the Harmonie, more technological for an evening at the experimenta, pragmatic for a family business in its own hall.
Impulse and moderation, from one person if you wish
At the Digital Transformation Conference, a corporate reference with over 600 participants and 20 speakers, Jasmin connected the day's impulses as moderator. She therefore designs her own keynotes to work inside the programme rather than beside it: as a link to what came before and a push for what follows. Many organisers book both, the impulse and the hosting of the whole day. The guide keynote or moderation? sorts out which fits when. The format hub keynote speaker explains the service; all pages about the city are bundled on the Heilbronn city page.
