The winners shine, not the stage
The moment belongs to the nominees and winners, not to the host. Many of them rarely stand on a stage and are nervous. Jasmin takes as much of that off them as she can: she introduces each award so the achievement becomes understandable, guides winners safely through handover and photo and gives thank you speeches room without letting the evening drift. If a speech runs long, she brings the programme back warmly, without embarrassing anyone. Exactly this balance separates a good award show from a slow one.
Between show and dignity
Business awards are not a TV format. The audience consists of professionals, colleagues and customers of the nominees, and the trophy should still mean something the day after. Preparation: names, categories, show direction
Before the show, every name is confirmed with its pronunciation, along with the logic of the categories, the jury's reasoning and the order on stage. With the show director, Jasmin agrees videos, light and music per category; with the organiser, the moments that need special care, such as an honorary award.
