Town halls and kick-offs fit the ballrooms of the old town hotels, while larger formats go to the Meistersingerhalle or the NCC at the exhibition grounds. Two calendar marks deserve an early look. During the weeks of Spielwarenmesse, BioFach and embedded world, hotels and venues become scarce. And in December the Christkindlesmarkt fills the city centre. From her base near Stuttgart, Nuremberg is about two hours by train, so day formats work without an overnight stay.
