Jasmin Wölke moderates conferences, corporate events and galas in Aachen, in German and English. The conference moderator brings more than 500 events and over ten years of corporate experience at Bosch, SAP and within the Volkswagen Group.
Where research meets business
Aachen has an event profile you will not find twice. RWTH and FH shape the city with institutes, spin-offs and the digitalHUB, joined by pharma around Grünenthal, vehicle engineering around FEV and heritage companies like Zentis and Lambertz. At events, a professor, a founder and a corporate manager often sit in the same room. That mix is demanding: the audience is technically fluent, questions bold claims and gets bored by pure show acts. Jasmin comes from the technology and corporate world herself. She can make expert content accessible on stage without flattening it, and she asks the follow-up question the specialists in the room would have asked.
From the Eurogress to the Krönungssaal
For congresses and conferences the city offers the Eurogress at the Stadtgarten and the lecture hall centres of RWTH and FH; for festive occasions the Krönungssaal of the town hall and the ballroom of the Altes Kurhaus. Jasmin adapts her moderation to the venue: precise and factual in a lecture hall centre, warmth and presence in a historic ballroom. Aachen has no major exhibition grounds of its own; for trade fair appearances she accompanies Aachen companies to the venues in Cologne and Düsseldorf or hosts in-house fairs and customer days on site.
English is part of the deal here
University and the border triangle make Aachen international. Teams work across the borders into the Netherlands and Belgium, and English is the working language in many institutes and companies. Jasmin moderates entirely in English or alternates between both languages, with summaries for the other half of the room. At the Global Sales Summit, a corporate reference, she hosted a programme in English with participants from more than 40 countries.
Travel planned, date secured
From Ludwigsburg it is about four hours to Aachen. For morning events Jasmin arrives the evening before and uses it for a walkthrough and a final technical check. For your planning that only means: ask early, she organises the rest. Send occasion, date and venue through the contact form. For full-day programmes see conference moderation, for mixed-language events the hub bilingual moderation, for the budget question what does an event moderator cost.
