Jasmin Wölke moderates events in Bielefeld in English and German: conferences, corporate events, galas and anniversaries. The conference moderator brings more than ten years of leadership experience from Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen and works across the whole Ostwestfalen-Lippe region.
A Mittelstand that delivers instead of talking
Bielefeld is the centre of a region where family businesses have been shipping baking powder, facades, industrial halls, fastening elements, shirts and machine tools to the world for generations. Dr. Oetker, Schüco, Goldbeck, Böllhoff, Seidensticker, DMG MORI, JAB Anstoetz and Dr. Wolff have their roots here, Bethel additionally makes the city a major location for health and social care, and the it's OWL network connects industry with research. An audience from this world listens closely: it wants substance, not show effects. Jasmin knows that expectation from her own corporate years and moderates so that a production manager, a sales rep and a head of nursing can all take the same evening seriously.
From the Stadthalle to the Lokschuppen
The Stadthalle next to the main station carries congresses, trade conferences and annual kick-offs, while the Rudolf-Oetker-Halle frames festive evenings with its famous acoustics. The Lokschuppen and the Hechelei in Ravensberger Park turn galas and company parties into events with industrial history, and in summer receptions on the Sparrenburg castle join the list. At the International Business Summit, a corporate reference with more than 400 participants and 15 sessions over two days, Jasmin showed that dense programmes stay on schedule in large venues too. For science-driven formats, the lecture halls of Bielefeld University and HSBI are available.
German, English or both
Mechanical engineering, SAP consulting and research work internationally: many halls in Bielefeld seat guests who present in English next to colleagues who want to discuss in German. Jasmin moderates fully in English or in a guided switch between both languages. At the Bosch Global Sales Summit, a corporate reference with more than 500 participants from 40 countries, she led an international sales audience through the programme. The language plan is built in the briefing.
Travel and region
Bielefeld is around 400 kilometres from Ludwigsburg. The train from Stuttgart takes about four to four and a half hours, the car a good four via the A7 and A2. For morning slots and rehearsals Jasmin arrives the evening before; this is stated in the offer. Gütersloh, Herford and Paderborn are close by, and several dates across OWL can be combined.
