Jasmin Wölke hosts events in Koblenz in German and English: conferences, corporate gatherings, evening receptions and galas. She travels in from Ludwigsburg and brings more than ten years of corporate leadership experience from Bosch, SAP and Volkswagen to the stage.
Business where two rivers meet
Koblenz is easy to underestimate. At the confluence of Rhine and Moselle, companies run national and global operations: Debeka as one of Germany's major insurance groups, CompuGroup Medical in health IT, Canyon Bicycles selling direct to riders worldwide, Stabilus in industrial components. The German armed forces procurement office ranks among the largest employers, and WHU business school in Vallendar sits just outside the city. Anyone planning an annual conference, a leadership meeting or a client event here finds professional venues, but rarely a host with corporate background based locally. That is the gap Jasmin fills: she speaks the language of insurers, IT teams and public administration from her own career.
From Rhein-Mosel-Halle to the fortress
For congresses and conferences, the Rhein-Mosel-Halle near the river bank offers a large hall plus rooms for parallel tracks. Multi-day programmes are Jasmin's core work: at the International Business Summit, a corporate reference, she hosted two days with more than 400 participants and 15 sessions. Representative occasions find their setting at the Electoral Palace with its garden facing the Rhine. For evenings with a view, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress rises high above the river, reached by cable car across the Rhine. She hosted the Leadership Excellence Awards, another corporate reference, as an evening gala with 250 guests and ten awards.
German, English or both
Canyon sells worldwide, CompuGroup Medical operates internationally, and even administrative events increasingly seat English-speaking guests. Jasmin hosts entirely in English or alternates both languages in a structured way. At the Bosch Global Sales Summit she led three days bilingually, with over 500 participants from 40 countries. The language concept is fixed during the briefing, so nobody in the room gets lost.
Travel planned, programme secured
Ludwigsburg to Koblenz takes about two and a half hours. For morning events, Jasmin arrives the evening before and uses it for the venue walkthrough with the technical crew. The event day then starts without risk. Wine festivals in autumn and the Christmas market in December fill the city's venues early: if you plan for those weeks, secure venue and host together.
